These terms cover your use of arroweyesystems.com, run by Web Masters LLC d/b/a ArrowEye Systems, 700 S German Ln, Suite 104, Conway, AR 72034. By using the site, you agree to them.
Our services
The site describes our products: review funnels, installable business apps, SmartSites, team sites and NFC tap cards, a dealership sales system, AI phone answering and private AI software. Each purchase is also covered by the checkout terms and, where one applies, a written service agreement. If those conflict with these terms, the purchase terms win.
Prices and billing
- Prices on the site are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout.
- (ROI) plans are billed once a year, up front, through Stripe, and renew yearly until you cancel. Cancel any time before renewal to stop the next charge.
- Offers with a one-time fee and a monthly charge show the full terms next to the pay button before you pay.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, our SMS Policy applies. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase, and we don't share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.
When you ask for the breakdown or contact us, we'll email you about it and may follow up. Every marketing email has a way to unsubscribe.
Our work is licensed, not sold
Our software, page designs, templates, text and graphics belong to Web Masters LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. Clients get a license to use what we build for as long as they're clients. Your brand, your content and your customers' information stay yours. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer or build a replica of our platform. Every build is fingerprinted.
Accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate. Live examples belong to our clients and may change.
Limits
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Arkansas law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts for Faulkner County, Arkansas.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
