Privacy Policy

This policy covers arroweyesystems.com and the forms on it, run by Web Masters LLC d/b/a ArrowEye Systems, 700 S German Ln, Suite 104, Conway, AR 72034 ("we", "us").
Information we collect
- What you give us: when you fill out a form, look up your business, book a call, or contact us: your name, business name, city, state, website, email address, mobile phone number, how you heard about us, what you're interested in, and anything else you choose to type.
- Business lookup: when you search for your business, the search goes to Google through our own server, and we keep the public listing you pick (name, address, website, phone, Google place ID).
- Consent records: if you opt in to text messages, we keep the exact consent wording you saw and the date and time you agreed, as proof of your consent.
- Basic, anonymous page statistics so we know the pages work. We don't use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.
SMS policy and mobile data sharing (A2P 10DLC)
- No third-party sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Consent exclusivity: All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Opt-out: You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Policy.
- Texting is optional. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.
How we use your information
- To send you what you asked for, such as the product breakdown email, and to answer your questions.
- To follow up about our services, book appointments, and provide the services you buy.
- To send service notices, updates, security alerts and support messages.
- To keep a record of consent and of what was agreed.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and only for our purposes: our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our hosting provider (Cloudflare), Google (for the business lookup and bookings) and Stripe (for payments). They may not use your information for their own marketing.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We never ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, income, or driver's license on this site.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email or by replying to it. We'll still send messages you need about services you've bought.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we have a business relationship with you, and delete it within 90 days after it's no longer needed, except consent records and anything we must keep by law.
Your choices

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
